'A meeting with yourself' is a triptych on isolation. 3 huge portraits (300x225cm each) which were lensed in a nearly pitch black room with no camera in sight with a shutterspeed of more than 10 seconds. this was produced at The Museum, a concept by Space Encounters during Salone del Mobile 2019. the images were transposed to indigo denim via laser to mimic a shroud. here is that proces. do note that this is a small version of the final result (100x75cm). the man on this 'photo' is mr Joep Beving, also the composer and performer of the song you hear. a massive thanks to Denim City AMS, James Veenhoff, Meneer Jos and Matty Hofstede.
