Alexandre Le Mouroux

Alexandre Le Mouroux (1986) born in the city of Orléans France was initiated with art from an early age. He was taught drawing and painting by a master painter during his youth. Later on he then studied nude sketches at the Beaux-Arts night class.

In 2005 Alexandre attended the cinema school ESRA in Paris studying sound engineering. Now a days he works as a sound engineer on documentary films.

As he always liked to take pictures and had a great interest in photography, at first with his smartphone, thereafter he started to learn autodidactic when he bought his first camera.
His camera follows him everywhere, especially on the film sets where he works as a sound engineer.
When his work got noticed on various productions he was offered to shoot work professionally.

Today photography has become more than a passion and a lifestyle to him, his works range from the interest in architecture, portraits, body, street-photography and minimalism.

Alexandre works both with digital and analog camera’s to explore different ways of taking pictures .
